Dreamed up by Two Sisters Dance Projects Inc. and performed by InMotion Dance Company, “The Legwarmers” is a series that parents can count on to educate and entertain their child with common sense, and wholesome fun.

Bringing the same care and kindness to their series, that they do to their dance classes for youngsters, sisters Christine and Lisa Brkich have created an invigorating and inspiring storybook world that teaches kids aged 2 to 12 about growing-up through the magic of music and dance.

Leaning heavily on the themes of courage and confidence building, empathy and positive framing, The Legwarmers exemplifies enthusiasm and endless possibilities.

Parents of young children will embrace The Legwarmers’ world and find it a refreshing and comforting escape.

At the conclusion of every Legwarmer performance, The Legwarmers offer a Question and Answer period for the audience where the audience members can engage in asking the characters and creators questions regarding the performance.  In addition to this, should the space allow, The Legwarmers also provide a workshop setting whereby children can be taught dance classes from the main characters of the performance; Ballermina, Jazzermina, Tappermina, Folklormina and Modernmina Legwarmer.
